How do I log in to the site?
If you had a user name and password on the old site it was pulled over to this site. However all user names and passwords were pulled in lower case. Once logged in to your account you can change your password to have UPPER and lower case if you would like.
How do I place an order?
Once logged into the site, there are three ways to order!
1.Start shopping and add items to your shopping cart as you go.
2.Use existing order TEMPLATES.
3.Use QUICK ORDER. For QUICK ORDER page - from the web site home page in the Shop by Item/Place Order box - type in the item number and click the arrow, or for more items click the Enter More Items link just below that box.
How are my products delivered?
Generally, SourceOne delivers products to you from one of our local distribution centers, which we keep fully stocked to meet all your inventory needs. In some situations, your product is shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Do your products have a warranty?
All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Who will service the products I purchase?
SourceOne has the most qualified service team for you processor service needs. Our team of 1,000 highly trained Field Service Engineers can fill all your capital equipment service needs as well as providing service for multi-loaders, wet laser cameras, motorized viewers, select dry laser cameras and Del and Summit Rad rooms.
How can I pay for my product?
You may pay with a MasterCard or VISA credit card, a check, or by electronic funds transfer.
Do you ship product internationally?
SourceOne currently does not ship products outside the United States.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
As the market leader in imaging distribution, we carry the largest inventory of imaging supplies and accessories, meaning you get your products faster -- often within a day of ordering them. Certain products are delivered directly from the manufacturer, so lead times may vary.
Is my order secure?
Absolutely. We have taken great strides to protect your online connection and order information. We use NetworkSolutions to ensure that information is available to you and secure from everyone else. Also, your login ensures that only you can access your data. We have designed a site that has security built in from the ground up. We insist on nothing less for ourselves, and want to assure our valuable business partners that we take the same care with our connection to you.
Will I get my contract pricing by placing my orders online?
You sure will. Our online order system connects directly to our backend ERP system, where your account and pricing information resides. Therefore, you will receive your contract price.
What is your return policy?
We accept product returns on a limited set of products. If you would like to make a product return, please contact our CustomerExpress department at 1-800-635-9729.
Is there a time limitation for returns?
Credit will not be issued for product after 60 days from date of invoice.
